FAQ

When will I receive my order?

Orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive. I have a little longer handling time duing the market season. I try and get to every order as soon as I can though!

If you have any questions about your order, don’t hesitate to contact me.

What are your refund/exchange policies?

All sales are final. I accept returns/exchanges if the item is defective or is broken due to an error on my behalf. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

If there is a problem with your order, just send me a message through the contact form. We can try and work something out!

Do you take customs?

Currently we are not accepting custom requests! I may open up customs after a busy season (Jan-Feb) and (May-Aug), but will announce it on Instagram if I do.

I have sensitive ears! What are your earrings made out of?

All my earring hooks/posts are hypoallergenic! I also have sensitive ears so I know the struggle. Some pieces are gold filled or vermeil which will be listed on the description of each item. Each item description will have the material of each piece. Most of them will be gold plated and brass though!

Does your jewelry tarnish?

Most of my jewelry is brass, unless stated otherwise. Due to the nature of brass (being an alloy of copper and zinc) it will develop a patina over time. Make sure to store your jewelry in an air tight space! Try to avoid any water (unless cleaning), oils or humid environments.

I am always researching different methods to seal the brass and  minimize the tarnishing process. But for now, I use Brasso to clean my brass pieces and I then coat them with a Jewelry Shield to minimize tarnishing.

How do I clean my jewelry?

There are many ways to clean your brass pieces! Using a Sunshine Cloth or even ketchup can help with your brass pieces that have tarnished. Google may be your best resource, but just be careful as the brass pieces are connected to other components! I personally use mild soap and warm water. I make sure each piece is completely dry and then use a polishing cloth to keep it shiny!
